STORE/WEBSITE POLICIES/SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES

(This is also our terms and conditions of our website/jersey orders. Our customers agree to these policies upon placing an order.): Any order that does not have a phone number may be put on pending status until a phone number can be obtained so that we can get in touch with a customer in case a problem arises and to clear up any misunderstanding on the order.  All jerseys will be shipped with a tracking number and by the method chosen by the customer at the time of order.  Any changes to the shipping method will be done in writing by the customer or by an upgrade by Stitchworks.  All work on jerseys is guaranteed for the life of the jersey as long as the instructions are followed.  Blatant disregard of the instructions shall be at the sole discretion of Stitchworks and may deny the customer of the lifetime guarantee. 


Jersey Orders Please Note: Based on the difficulty of your order (how many colors we have to cut for the number and name) and whether or not we have your color of jersey in stock determines how long we take to fill your order. We specialize with individual customized jerseys.   Each customer is dealt with on a personal basis, and we pride ourselves on quality.  Therefore, your jersey order should take  3 and a half weeks to complete. (Please remember this is a rough estimate and the only way to guarantee a date of delivery is with a rush fee and it MUST MEET OUR RUSH FEE GUIDELINES.)  However, due to production and manufacturing delays from our vendors/manufacturers and our own seamstresses, extreme delays may be possible on some colors and during certain times of the year.  The only way to make changes to orders is to call us or in writing via email.  We post completed jerseys on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter that are being shipped however during our busy seasons, we may upload them in bulk. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our jerseys, however, we cannot offer refunds, as they are custom made to your specifications.  (If in a special or rare occurrence a refund is given, merchandise credit will be given only, shipping and/or rush fees will not be refunded unless the jersey was never delivered.) If a rush fee date is missed, the rush fee will be refunded as store credit. The jersey will not be refunded. There are NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED FOR JERSEYS AND ONLY WEBSITE/STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF APPROVED.  If you have to cancel your order before it is made, merchandise credit will be issued to you. International orders will be put on pending status until a customer contacts the office if International shipping is not purchased at time of sale.  Customer will be notified of this on the invoice and through our servers.


RUSH AND EMERGENCY FEE GUIDELINES:  Rush and emergency fees guarantee that you go to the front of the line.  It does not guarantee that we have fabric in stock at the time you order.  Please call our office to make sure fabric is in stock.  Production times are as follows for rush status: Emergency: 3-5  days for the making of the jersey, PLUS 2 to 3 days, depending on your area for priority mail, insured shipping.Rush 5-7  days for the making of the jersey, PLUS 2 to 3 days, depending on your area for priority mail, insured shipping.   You will have to to choose Priority Mail to get it to you in a reasonable amount of time.  It does not make sense to pay the rush or emergency fee and then pay Retail Ground or First Class mail for shipping.  Express mail shipping will be extra and at the discretion of the customer. International Mail cannot be guaranteed, as we cannot control customs. Please give us enough time, especially in the fall months to accommodate your requests.  Once the jersey leaves our facility and is in the post office's hands, we cannot be responsible for their ability or lack thereof to deliver on time or tardy.  We provide tracking numbers on EVERYTHING we send.   International orders will not be subject to any rush fee status due to customs regulations.  Stitchworks cannot control how long customs holds a package and therefore rush guidelines cannot be followed in these instances.  Stitchworks is also not responsible for any customs tariffs or fees incurred by the customer from the recipient country.


Stitched jerseys/garments (items that have stitched letters and numbers) and/or custom dog jerseys are not under the rush fee or normal production format (3 and a half weeks) due to the amount of work involved on these type jobs.


Stitchworks will no longer accept deposits on custom work.  All work must be prepaid only.  If a return is authorized for refund or repair, ANY alteration to the jersey shall void all authorizations.  This includes, but is not limited to:  wearing the garment(s) for an event and publishing pictures on social media of any type, soiling of garment(s), any foreign smell on garment(s) or any alteration of the jersey.  Picking apart the seams and/or pulling apart shall also be included in this amendment.  In addition, if a repair authorization is deemed invalid because of reasons stated, the lifetime guarantee shall also become void.  The garment(s) will be returned to the customer. If a refund authorization has been deemed void, a 30% restocking/cleaning fee will apply to the refund.


Jerseys, since they are custom ordered, shall not be returned or refunded, except for a defect in manufacture. Please consult our lifetime guarantee policy for procedures on defects.  We will repair or replace any jersey for the life of the jersey.   Please check your order carefully before placing the send button.  Cross stitch kits may be returned, however, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your merchandise refund.  Shipping will not be refunded.  If there is a defect in your kit, it will be remedied as soon as humanly possible.


 All cross stitch kits are shipped via the method selected by the customer at the time of ordering.  Any change in shipping shall be done in writing or by upgrade in shipping by Stitchworks.  If we do not have the kit in stock, it shall be immediately drop shipped from the factory and shipped via the discretion of Your Accents.  All cross stitch kits will have shipment tracking.


Stitchworks is not responsible for delays due to acts of God.  (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, etc)


Stitchworks is not responsible for variations in color for glitter and vinyl lettering and numbers.  It is understood by agreeing to our website policies that variations in color will occur in glitter colors compared to vinyl.
