PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING INFO NOTICE BEFORE MAKING YOUR JERSEY ORDER. This way, there will be a realistic expectation of when to expect your jersey to be completed. Jerseys are made individually as per order. We do not mass produce jerseys here. It is also HIGHLY recommended that you look at our finished jerseys on our Facebook page so you know the kind of jersey you are getting and the color spectrum. We custom make these from the best quality micromesh (for toddlers) that we can find and hope that you (or your child) will want them to wear it all year. Once your jersey is finished, there are no refunds. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our jerseys to fix or replace them. That is our policy on our custom part of our site. If you want a status report or change on your order, please CALL US. We no longer post updates for people's orders on Facebook (permanently) or email (for the time being). If you message us we will just put a note that we will email or most likely call you with the message. We will also get back to you, but realize, we have to work on your jerseys too, not sit in front of the computer. We are short staffed right now, so please call us instead of emailing. CALLING US IS BEST. We return phone calls if we are not in front of the phone. We are a small company that does quality work. We specialize on giving each customer all the attention they deserve on their order. Please note: We have gone to drop shipping most of our cross stitch stock because of the rising shipping costs to our customers. In order to keep this cost down, we have reduced our inventory here and gone to direct shipping from the vendor/manufacturer. This way, we don't have to raise the prices another $5.20.
