Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to wait for my jersey to be made before it is shipped to me?

What if I need my jersey in less than 3½ weeks? We have a rush fee program that is an extra cost that will put you at the front of the line. Instead of taking three and a half weeks for production of your jersey, your jersey will be finished in 5-7 days plus shipping via the method chosen by the customer.

What if I need my jersey NOW?
/>We have an emergency program that will put you first in line of production. This is an extra cost that (at the present time) will have to be added as a separate item in your cart. Please do not add rush on your order form and emergency as a line item. One or the other will be sufficient. Emergency status production is 3-5 days production plus shipping time determined by the customer.

What are the differences in shipping offered?
Pick up in store: This is for customers that have made prior arrangements to have their jerseys delivered. This MUST be arranged before the jersey is ordered and is at the discretion of the owners. If you choose this method and you have not made prior arrangements, your jersey will be made and your jersey invoice will be put on pending status on our servers until a shipping method is paid for. All of our packages are sent with tracking numbers provided to our customers upon shipment.
First Class Mail: This is an economical rate for packages under 13oz. It is recommended for cross-stitch kits and toddler/infant jerseys that are not on the rush fee program. First Class Mail takes 4-7 days to deliver from the time of shipment depending on the region. If the destination is closer to our offices, the time could be less.
USPS Retail Ground: This method of shipping is the most economical but takes the longest. This is considered bulk shipping and will take 5-20 days to get to the customer from the time it leaves our production facilities. If you are wanting your jersey pretty quickly after we are finished making it, this would not be your best option. This is normally for large orders that weigh over 20 pounds. Do not use this if you need your jersey shipped efficiently. This method will take weeks.
Priority Mail: This method of shipping has the best handling, besides express mail. The post office gives preference to this type of mail and tracking is usually very detailed. Priority mail is 2-3 days shipping from our production facilities. Most of our smaller jerseys are packed in flat rate envelopes to save the customer money. Glitter jerseys are packed in a box and will be at a higher rate because of the glitter lettering.
Express Mail: This is the quickest way for customers to get their jerseys and is recommended when you opt in for the rush fee program. We ship all packages, except glitter, in flat rate envelopes. This is to save our customers money, especially when opting for this shipping method, which is the most expensive. Glitter jerseys are packed in a box and will be at a rate of weight and size per USPS standard rate charts at the time of shipment.

UPS Services: You can upgrade your shipping to UPS. Please call or email us to see your options. We will have the option on our site as soon as possible.

What if I want to pick up my jersey at the business office or the production office? Can I do that and not pay shipping?
Due to COVID19 concerns, no orders will be picked up from either office until further notice. All items will have to be shipped for the safety of you, our customer, and our entire staff. Please know that all precautions are taken to ensure that items are sanitized before packing and shipping. If you choose the pick up in store option, your order will be held until shipping costs are paid via invoice. Your understanding is appreciated.

What if I put a date on my order and I don't pay a rush fee? Can I still have my jersey by my date? It will depend on how many days you gave us to make the jersey. If the jersey due date is less than three and half weeks, your jersey will be done in the order it was received and the due date is NOT guaranteed, even if you put it on the form. The only way to guarantee the date is to opt for the rush/or emergency fee program. If you put the date on the form and it is three and a half weeks or more, we will be happy to help you meet your date. As always, you are more than welcome to contact us at 772-285-5869 to ask about availability and current production times before placing an order. There are some times of the year that we will not be able to accommodate your update request from regular production to rush or emergency. This will depend on our production que and how many rush orders are scheduled for that time period.

What if I put a date on my order, didn’t pay a rush fee, and now realize I can’t get my order for my date? Can I get a refund? If we have not started production on your jersey, then we can refund your order, but if production has started and we have part of your order already completed, your order will be finished and shipped as soon as humanly possible. Refunds on orders in production can not be processed.

What if I just need a blank jersey made? We do offer blank jerseys. They are available in a separate section on the left-hand side of our main page under Blank Jerseys. Our seamstresses can make you blank jerseys for any size, dog or human, you need. If you have any questions, please call 772-285-5869 and our production staff can help you.

What if I want to return my jersey and get my money back because I don't like it or I ordered the wrong size? All of our jerseys are guaranteed for the the life of the jersey. However, you ordered the jersey custom for you and it was made with your name, number and information on it. We will not be able to resell it if it is returned, as it is custom made for you. Therefore, there are no returns unless there is a defect or error in the jersey, as outlined in our lifetime guarantee instructions attached to your invoice.

What happens if something goes wrong with my jersey? All of our jerseys have a lifetime guarantee. We will repair or replace your jersey if something happens to it, provided the lifetime guarantee instructions have been followed. Those instructions will be attached to your invoice upon receipt of your jersey. If the jersey has to be returned, our IT staff will send a return label for you to send the jersey back to us to be repaired or replaced, depending on the issue.

I need to have ALL of my lettering and numbers with an outline, what do I do? There is a message to seller comments box right before you are set to order. In that box, you will need to mention that all of your numbers and lettering needs to be outlined. There is no extra charge for this, however, if this is not done, we will DEFAULT to the way the jersey looks in person. 95% of jerseys use outlines for the numbers only. Therefore, our default protocol is to have the lettering and numbers in the first color and the outlines on the numbering. If you provide a picture, we will go strictly by that picture, unless you provide us with alternate instructions. If there is a picture of outlined numbers on our sample jersey, it DOES NOT mean that all jerseys for that item are going to be outlined in the same manner. As always, please feel free to contact our production staff. We are sticklers about staying true to the high school/team jersey you have asked for or provided. IF you are altering the standard, please let us know so that there is no misunderstanding and disappointment when the jersey arrives. We want to get the jersey to you the correct way the first time.

The jersey I am trying to recreate has special fonts and I need to send more than one picture. The website will only let me send one picture to you. What do I do? We have a staff email that you can send extra pictures to us. It is at [email protected]. If you need to ask for additional information, we will be glad to help you there.

I want to check on my jersey status in production. What do I do? You can email us at [email protected] and provide a phone number and a production staff member will call you back as soon as humanly possible to provide you with a detailed update. You can also directly call the production staff at 772-285-5869 and you will be given the same service. If you are not a “talking on the phone” type of person, we can certainly answer your questions via email. We are happy to keep you comfortable.

Can I return my cross stitch kits or blank jerseys if I do not want them anymore? Yes, since these items are not custom, they can be returned if the cross stitch kit is unopened or the jersey is unaltered, washed or worn. Once the customer returns the item, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise price and refunded.. Shipping is non-refundable.

What happens if the jersey does not get to me by my rush fee date? Provided you have given us enough time (see rush fee rules and procedures) to produce the jerseys, we will credit your account the rush fee if our production staff runs into a delay. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed from the shipping service you have chosen once they leave our hands.

What are TV numbers? These are the little numbers that go on the sleeve or shoulders of the jersey. They are named as such because TV announcers use them to decipher who is who in a pile of players when commentating. They're easier to see from the sidelines, when most players are facing towards the end zones.

Why are the glitter colors in the pictures I see online slightly different than the colors I see in vinyl. For example, the vinyl color navy doesn't exactly match the navy color in glitter? If you are trying to match glitter and vinyl exactly, you are unfortunately going to be disappointed. Due to the fact glitter is designed to shine when light hits it, it has silver hues in the vinyl, which slightly changes the colors. However, the color will stay in the hue of original. So navy glitter will stay in the general area of navy and be close to navy vinyl. It is not expected for them to match exactly. If we "exactly" match a jersey, we are only matching the color and specifications of the previous order, not the exact color. Again, glitter and vinyl are to match in general hues of color, not to match in exact color due to the way the light hits the materials.

What happens if my puppy or child/infant/baby grows out of their jersey? Do I get another jersey made under your lifetime guarantee? Like all young things, puppies and children grow. We make your jersey based on your custom requirements. Our lifetime guarantee covers your jersey, not your child or furbaby growing. Once your furbaby or child outgrows the jersey, you will need to have another one made.
